Van Oordt winner of Chef Innovation Trophy 2010. On September 14^th 2010 the Chefs Innovation Trophy was awarded to Van Oordt during the Deli XL Foodservice Fair. Van Oordt won with its product salt with reduced sodium. In this product, 50% of the sodium has been replaced by alternative minerals. The sticks contain 1 gram salt and is packed in a dispenser box of  750 pieces. The jury Chefs Innovation Trophy praised the functional benefit  and yet the excellent taste.
