Start campaign Eatgreen@work
The festive start of the EatGreen ate workcampagne is on Wednesday 2 February in the Westergasfabriek inAmsterdam. The programme includes several readings. And there are tastings of course of several vegetarian products and dishes. The campaign is launched with a surprise dish, prepared by a well-known top cook. The campaign targets company restaurants, hospitals and schools and promotes vegetarian eating. The campaigns tries to involve the public by sending out the message that if everybody renounces to meat or fish just once a week, the reduction of the emission of greenhouse gases and the conservation of bio-diversity is huge.
Van Oordt was present at the official launch party of the campaign and presented two vegetarian spreads of Mortier.
